Hi. This evening I was using my laptop and the screen went blank (it's never been dropped or damaged) so i thought it had ran out of battery. But since it has not came back on, I've tried all the little tips like taking the battery out. I've restored it but neither worked.. Help please :(

How could you have restored it without knowing what was on the screen?

Since you get a screen display in safe mode, I suspect that a process or service has been contaminated by a virus.

I will request that your thread be transferred to virus/security section of the forum where you will get help.

In the meantime, start in safe mode with networking and follow the instructions in the following link:

Good luck

I Think that you're laptop isn't working because the RAM, Or you need to change the video chip, this things happens because of time, laptops are getting older. so remove the RAM from you're computer clean it and put it again. maybe this will solve you're problem. i this didn't work try to change the screen.
