Webpage won't load

I am connected to the internet, work offline is unchecked, and I get a blank page no matter what browser I use.

This all started after I uninstalled my old antivirus, restarted my pc, then installed a NEW antivirus. I am on a desktop and direct connected to the modem. I can also use my netflix desktop app shortcut, so I know its not internet problems. Please help me!

I'm using Windows 8.1.
