ru not getting sound for only wmp or all for all players,,

Might be codecs. You can download "All in one codecs" or download divx as it patches system. "Windoze" does not know how to fix this problem on Media Player Eleven. (Codecs6030_allin1.exe)
(xp-Codec-Pack_2.4.6.exe) is another codec pack. Sorry but I do not have urls.
