Hello, I have a Toshiba satellite and I need to press the Fn key to use the F functions. I followed your steps, however there are no options for the keyboard. The only following things that I can change are "turn on Mouse Keys", "Turn on Sticky Keys" and "Turn on Toggle Keys" "turn on filter keys" Really annoying and I need help. Thanks
