Hello, hey just got a dell inspiron 530 and when i turn it on it ask me a user name and password.. But i dont know the owner and i got it from the auction.. So how to you get it to defoult setting so it like new again.. Thnx

I request you to start it in safe mode if still problem persist format the pc and use it!
