Can't Browse Internet

Hello, I am talha from India. I have windows 10 home on my pc. When I installed windows 10 it was working properly. When I opened it on the next day, and connect it to net, Internet was connected but any browser ie. Chrome, Firefox, IE was not working it was just showing "Webpage is not available. Check your Internet connection"
Please help and reply soon

In that case,run CMD as admin and type there - netsh winsock reset
hit Enter,restart your computer.
If it will not fix the problem then restart your router and then computer.
