Dell Inspiron goes to entering power save mode after POST

Hello, I few days ago when I opened my desktop, I saw the Dell Logo on the screen then it immediately went to entering power save mode. I have not opened the computer to swap out any parts. The warranty ran out. Please help, I appreciate it very much!!

I fixed the problem later on by replacing the VGA cable and I reseated the ram.
