Help for Dell Inspiron N4050 blank screen

Hello,

I recently switched the windows and got win10. It wAs working fine and suddenly, the blank screen is appearing after the windows sign. I tried different things. I tried tapping f8 but it wouldn't follow the command. Only options are f2 and f12. My cd rom doesn't work so I'm not sure what do to.


Pls help. I don't want to lose the data in my laptop.
