Wheres my psn gone?

Hello,


when booting up my ps3 it comes up in the background where it usually says ps3 its says rebus and when ido the internet connectiopn test the internet and the network connects but doesnt evan come up with splastion networ? what? why? n how can i fix this i have reset it with both resets i have had plastation themselfs re activate it because im sure it was used for hacking i just want a normal playstation any suggestions without buying a new one?

Did it work before? Did you just get this machine?

had the machine about a month, came with games downloaded to it but they went when i restarted it but havnt bin able to get psn when i try signing in i get to the existing account and then it times out
