My fujitsu lifebook fmv e-8280 wont turn on!! please help :(

Yesterday my laptop was doibg fine..
but then today it won't turn on T.T the HDD icon is not showing up and I dont know why...I tried EVERYTHING like removing the battery and power supply but it is still not working
HELP!!?!

Did you mean that Hard disk is not recognized in BIOS?

maybe...because in my laptop there is a display panel that shows the icon of the Hard disc drive if it is recognized/detected..but in this time around the hdd icon is not showing up :(
