Earphones plugged in, no sound coming.

Hello, I have an issue. I cannot hear any sound when using any sorts of headphones. The laptop does recognize them, but no sound comes. Ive tried most of the things seen on this website, but none of them works. Ive tried to activate the headphones in the "sound" place. There are no headphones showing there.. only Speakers and Realtek Digital Output
