Have internet connection but cannot open any browsers

Hello,
I have Windows 7 and my internet suddenly will not open in any browsers. It says I have full internet connection and I can still use skype but nothing else. I have tried many things mentioned on other forums but nothing is working so far. Please help!

Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator".
Now enter this command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
Reboot your computer"
