Laptop is connected to Internet but can't access anything

So a ways back, my computer stopped connecting to the internet. I did all the standard solutions: system recovery, hard connect via router, winsockfix. To no avail. On top of this, Chrome won't even open at this point. Anyone else have any solutions?

Tell about your system specs and see in your device manager whether you have updated network drivers.
