Please Download and install Speccy in your pc so that I find some data's in it to resolve your issue!
Download speccy from here.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
In the mean time please proceed the following steps and post back:
1) In elevated command prompt ( Administrative privileges) type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
2) In the same way type chkdsk /f /r and press enter.

Chkdsk kept hanging no matter how long I let it run for, so I said screw it and decided to do a clean Windows 10 install. So far everything is running fine. I'll create a new post if I run into any issues. Thank you for the help!

I ran sfc /scannow and it didn't find anything. Will add the chkdsk results shortly.
