Toshiba being very faulty

Hello,
My toshiba has been having a lot of problems, firstly everything is crashing after a full reset. The laptop is now also very slow and when I turn it on for the first time it shuts off and on the second time it works - this has happened quite a few times. Also if the toshiba is moved it can shut off instantly. The laptop is pretty new, about 9 months old any suggestions on what is wrong?

Hello

You purchased a lemon. It's still under warranty. I would return it for an exchange.
