Gateway m6750 id: t4a7c31013582

Hello,my problem is the next one i have a gateway m6750 laptop and is new and last night i was watching a movie and after that i shut it down and in the morning it not starts and when i put the charger is not charging.
Looks like preatty dead 2 me :P the charger is ok but the thing is that i dont know why wont charge and starts and bye the way i did put out the baterry and the charger press the start button 30 secs and then put the charger in but it still don worck help me please thx
