Hi toms,
So, basically when you press the power button, nothing happens? Are there any noises coming from the cooling fans or some beeping sounds? If absolutely nothing happens, it seems that the computer is not getting enough power. The problem may be power supply related. Disconnect all components and reconnect them. Try booting again. If nothing changes, search for a new power supply.
If after pressing the power button there is some information on screen but the PC cannot boot to Windows, go to BIOS menu and check if the hard drive is properly recognized. If it is missing, there may be a connectivity issue or a hard drive issue. Check the hard drive cables and change motherboard port. Try again. Let me know if there is any progress!
Hope this helps
