Hello,
I had my computer restoring when I had a power failure now my computer turns on says preparing automatic repair then goes to to a diagnosing your pc then it continuously restarts but doesn't do.anything but restart and doesn't give me options I can get into bios setup utilities but don't know how to do anything I've t reward pressing f8 f11 from reading here I don't have discs for this computer can someone help me please

You will need to obtain a Windows install disk from the manufacturer or have a local PC repair shop reinstall windows for you.

Turn your computer off
Unplug power source
Remove any battery if its a laptop
Hold down power button for a minute no less
Plug computer back up. Reseat battery if its a laptop. Cut it on.
Post back and tell me what it does
We may need to go through steps to get ie back working
