Here are the instructions to reset your computer. there are two ways to reset it.
method 1-
1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. ...
2. Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.
3. Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Method 2-
Reboot your computer and press fn+f8 key to open advance boot options.
now cllick on advance settings.
click on reset your computer and follow the instructions and your computer will start working fine.
