Hello,
I trying to log in my laptop but after the start up the Toshiba screen I mean it shows a black screen aND then sent me back to the Toshiba screen. And I can't open safe mode cause I m using windows 10 plz help

Doyou have another PC to make a Windows 10 recovery disk? MS will provide you with a USB program to boot into to shell into your OS 10 machine, if you have another machine and an available USB stick....check it out here:
