Did you try the disk on another computer? Failure on a 2nd compter indicates a failed drive.
Yes I tried in many More computers with different Windows but HDD didn't give response

Hi Habib,
Trying the drive on another PC was a good idea. Sadly if the drive is still not recognized, there may be a serious problem with the device. Are the noises like tac-tac-tac? In that case the problem may be mechanical, which is not repairable. You may need to replace the drive. If you have very important data stored in the drive, you should call a Data Recovery Company and ask for some assistance. They may be able to save some (or all) the information.
