I have no real idea, but it looks the battery is involved.
If you have access to another battery, you could figure out....
In this forum there are some advices to try to boot up a tired laptop.
(unplug charger, remove battery, push switch on button for 60s)
Did you spend 5 minutes to read them and try them before?
Anyway, it is quite common that laptop's companies undertake "Battery voluntary recall program" because of numerous problems.
If you are convinced that the battery is damaged, I would suggest to check
