Hello,
I was formatting my USB with my TV set up box and then when format started I plugged it out and when I opened it in my pc it show error " this drive is not formated " I clicked OK it open new dialog box with new error "this drive is write protected " I tried CMD it was not showing my pendrive

Hey there.
Give it a try with a different computer as well, to see if the same thing happens. Check if this method helps with removing the write protection: https://ccm.net/faq/33935-how-to-format-a-write-protected-usb-flash-disk
Another option would be to download the flash drive manufacturer's formatting tool (most SD card and flash drive manufacturers offer such tools for their devices), to see if it recognized your pen drive and if it's able to reformat and fix it.
