Please help me
My laptop is not working when i start it the only thing that is working is the mouse cursor and if you click any of the app nothing happens. Even the windows menu is not working when you try to open it. Please help me as soon as possible. I cant shut down my laptop properly until now the only way to close it is to press the power button. I watched in youtube for solutions but they only got a solution for black screens and that is not the problem of my laptop and i think it maybe slow or what. I am desperat please help
