Toshiba satellite C675 Spinning/thinking

I own a Toshiba satellite C675 w/Windows 7 updated to Windows 10:
Started it up and black screen w/red print said "WARNING" Toshiba Recovery Wizard. It said it would either recover system to "out of the box" OS and erasing all data or I could select recovery using my data. It had a yes or no at the bottom of the screen. I selected "No" thinking it would jump out of recovery mode and load up like normal....... Well it's been thinking ever since.

Hi

Sounds like big time trouble. Unless you are willing to wait till hell freezes over, I suggest you cold start the machine. If you get into recovery mode again select recovery using my data.

If you choose out of the box, it will delete all of your data and take you back to Windows 7.

I suggest that your operating system is corrupted.
