Sounds like big time trouble. Unless you are willing to wait till hell freezes over, I suggest you cold start the machine. If you get into recovery mode again select recovery using my data.
If you choose out of the box, it will delete all of your data and take you back to Windows 7.
I suggest that your operating system is corrupted.
