Cant see The top of my internet page

Hello i need help! i cant see anything on the top of any web page i visit. i cant even see the toolbar i tried F11 and F10 but nothing. Please Help Me Fix it. I'm Not a Computer Wiz at all so im getting Frustrated. THANks

Dear sir,

If you are having this kind of problem,

On internet explorer,

Click on Tools > Internet Options > Click on the Advanced tab

then click on the Reset button at the bottom of the window

This will reset the internet explorer settings
