Internet slow on iBook g4

Hey ,
yeh so my ibookg4,(10.42 GHz, 1.5 GB DDR SDRAM,L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB, OS 10.4 goes sooo slow online it was going fine a couple of days ago and has got worse.

im using fire fox as my browser and the latest version of adobe flash(could this be to high because youtube is very jerky and i have to keep the mouse moving on the screen to have the picture move)

ps im using airport but the signal is full strength
