Hello,
so my friend gave me her old ipod. i just reinstalled itunes on my computer so i can add my own playlist to it. but none of her originally songs seem to appear on the itunes. but it did recognize her ipod.
so i made my own playlist but then it said it cannot sync without deleted all of her songs. i press ok and then it says, do not disconnect, syncing....

and then an error comes out and it says. an error saying there is no disk? i dont know im confused.
is it becuase we had different itunes?

hi,
try to get the same iTunes as her and see if it works.
this is happening because you don't have the required driver for the iPod.
normally, the driver should be installed automatically when installing iTunes.
