Ghost Recon Frontline free for PC

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Frontline is an online, free-to-play, first-person tactical-action and massive PvP shooter where the story takes place in the famous Ghost Recon universe. The battle royal game is developed by Ubisoft and puts emphasis on a massive battleground, fine-tuned class systems, and cooperation mechanics. The game will be available on Windows PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Stadia, and Luna.

Gameplay

Ghost Recon Frontline is Ubisoft’s new battle royal game where teams of players are composed of different military character classes called contractors, you will play on a really big landscape with 4 differents biomes, 20 different places, and against up to 102 players simultaneously. During each game, you will be able to switch from classes so that every team will be very unique and can be a game-changer. Last but not least, you and your teammates will be able to complete missions and objectives to earn rewards you can later spend on “TAC support”. This mechanic will allow you to get new equipment, weapons, objects, bulletproof protections, or the deadly sniper tower. It seems Ubisoft has designed the game in order to always challenge the players, facilitate emergent gameplay and freedom of approach, according to designers they really want to make every battle unique in the way players elaborate, adapt their strategy, and solve problems. 

Contractor classes

The following classes are in the core launch phase, according to developers more classes will be added during seasonal updates. Every class has 1 active skill, 3 passive skills, and 2 gadgets.

• Assault: Specialized in close range fights, the class also provides overall proficiency in overall maneuvers.

• Support: Specialized in better protection, the class has the ability to put fortifications and tourrels on the battleground in order to defend positions in an easier way.

• Scout: Specialized in zone scanning and recognition, the class has the ability to reveal and pester enemies from a long distance.

Game modes

The following game modes are in the core launch phase, according to developers more game modes will be added during seasonal updates.

• Expedition: This mode is a flagship mode where teams are composed of 3 person squads, up to 102 players in 34 teams on the map. You will have to find intels scattered across all the landscape, once you finish collecting you will have to go to a drop zone and call for an extraction. Of course, other players won’t let you win so easily and you will have to constantly improvise and adapt your strategy to prevent your enemies from stealing your precious intels.

• Control: This mode is a more conventional mode where two squads of 9 players fight for control of an area.
