If you are connecting from a VPN, start by disconnecting and reconnecting from the VPN; then, try to access the video again. You can also try resetting your browser and cleaning your PC with CCleaner. If that still does not work, try disabling IPV6 in your network properties.
If none of these solutions work, the video may have been removed from the streaming service, or the streaming service may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will have to look for another service or try to play your video a little later.
