Connected to internet but can't browse

My laptop can connect to the wifi. It even show at the taskbar "Internet Access" and "Connected, Secured" but when i open the web browser and search anything. it says "There is no internet connection"

Tried restart, enter the netsh code (it worked, but few hours later the problem comes back)
Tried everything on youtube and it will fix it only for few hours, and some doesnt even work at all.

Any solution?

does the laptop have the same problem when connected via cable?

i didnt try it with cable , cant try it since i has no cable

Go to command prompt
In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Hit Enter Key

Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.

If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
In command prompt

In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset

Hit Enter Key

Yea,i tried that. it only worked for few hours tho. then the problem came back. Found another solution tho, i scanned my lp using malwarebytes and quarantined everything it shows.
and it works!
My McAfee shows nothing wrong with the lp, but mlbytes found and removed it
