I just bought this new Acer Laptop and noticed my @ and " had been switched around, and my hashtag doesn't work because I don't have a £ key. Please help

Do you have a QWERTY keyboard on your Acer? What key do you need to enter?

Yes, it is QWERTY, I don't need to enter any key but I'd rather type the way I have been for the past 15 years of my life than to click buttons that input symbols that are not on said button. " and @ are switched. £ and my hashtag are "switched".
