Hello, whilst technically you can have multiple Instagram accounts with the same email address, there is a strong likelihood that you will find yourself out of the second account if ever you forget your password.
Instagram doesn't endorse this, and a simple solution of having two different Instagram accounts on your phone would be just by a Gmail account, and using this to create a secondary account, whilst using the same number.
