Dell inspiron 1525

Hello,
I have inspiron 1525 in which XP is installed, my dvd drive is not working properly for blanck disc. i m not able to burn anything in dvd. bt dvd drive is working properly for seeing data in written dvd. So plz reply me as early as possible.

could be that your DVD drive is only a reader not a writer... talk to the person/company that you bought the laptop from...
