Hello,

my laptop while using it just normal use went black screen first time ever and ever since that day its just staying black screen removed battery charger for about a min. nothing works. ctrl alt delete. nothing works but u wen u power up laptop it powers up just screen stays black.
laptop is only 3 years old
any suggestions?

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.212
