Hi,
Are you trying to watch the videos from the Instagram app on your phone? Do you still have the same issue if you try to watch those same videos on your PC?
If the issue only appears with the app,
Good luck

If the issue only appears with the app,
- check if the app is up to date,
- clear the cache (phone's settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear cache)
- restart your phone,
- uninstall and reinstall the app.
Good luck
Thanks for the response. Yes, the issue is for everyone looking at my post on all devices. It is the post that physically 'breaks' after exactly a month.

That's strange... I presume that all your videos are concerned whatever their length. Are your videos uploaded in MP4, which is the recommended format for Instagram?

Yes, it's normal mp4 files. I've reported it like 5 times already. I'm pretty sure Instagram doesn't read those... I've found another person with the same issue, so I'm pretty sure it's an Instagram issue. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get in contact with them.

I agree, it's an issue with Instagram. Unfortunately, I don't see another solution to fix this...
