Major video post playback issue on InstagramClosed

Question

Every time I upload a video, the video stops playback after exactly 1 month. The video works fine when I upload it, then a month later it doesn't playback anymore (it freezes on the cover photo). My previous videos work fine, but ever since this issue started it's happening every time aI post a video. I tried uploading it on my PC, but the same thing happens.

Hi,

Are you trying to watch the videos from the Instagram app on your phone? Do you still have the same issue if you try to watch those same videos on your PC?

If the issue only appears with the app,

 check if the app is up to date,
 clear the cache (phone's settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear cache)
 restart your phone,
 uninstall and reinstall the app.

Thanks for the response. Yes, the issue is for everyone looking at my post on all devices. It is the post that physically 'breaks' after exactly a month.

Yes, it's normal mp4 files. I've reported it like 5 times already. I'm pretty sure Instagram doesn't read those... I've found another person with the same issue, so I'm pretty sure it's an Instagram issue. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get in contact with them.
