No reels option on my instagram.

Hello,

I have been unable to watch reels ever since i’ve made this account i.e. June 13. It’s been more than a month already, dating today - 17th July. I have already reported this problem 5 times and have waited for something to happen, but it hasn’t been resolved yet. I can see reels option from the browser, but when I log in on my phone I can not see it. Both my Instagram App and Phone are updated, and it is available in my country. I also have another Instagram account on my phone and it works there but not on my main account. I have no reels on my fyp, nor do I have the option for reels. How can i fix this? Instagram support doesn’t help at all.

NO REELS OPTION CANT VIEW REELS NOR SHARE THEM PLEASE HELP

Hi,

Most likely the reels option is not yet deployed to your account on mobile. Instagram started making it available for PC first, then it will be available for mobile soon.

Features are very often deployed gradually. It is normal to not have the option on all platforms yet.
