No reels option on my instagram.

I have been unable to watch reels ever since i’ve made this account i.e. June 13. It’s been more than a month already, dating today - 17th July. I have already reported this problem 5 times and have waited for something to happen, but it hasn’t been resolved yet. I can see reels option from the browser, but when I log in on my phone I can not see it. Both my Instagram App and Phone are updated, and it is available in my country. I also have another Instagram account on my phone and it works there but not on my main account. I have no reels on my fyp, nor do I have the option for reels. How can i fix this? Instagram support doesn’t help at all.
