hi
this is what u hav to do
first and foremost u need to install the mobile pc suite
like for nokia or whatever company ur cell is of u do get a cd alonwith it
its a program that help u interact wit hte pc
if nokia cell that ullget the software here
https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/
once done eg in nokia
double-click nokia pc suite icon on ur desktop
u will find a list of icons
click on Connect to Internet
from there on its a piece of cake...enoy ur surfing via phone as amoderm
