Good morning,
Switch the mp3 in MSC mode so that it becomes recognized as a USB drive :
1 - turn off your mp3
2-initiate the command "hold" (lock)
3 - Press the central button and hold down ..
4 - connect the USB cable supplied with the device always pressing the central button,
5 - Connect the other end of the cable into a USB port on your PC
Or switch to Msc in usb mode by entering the settings of your laptop
