Connected to internet using LAN

Hello,



please am having problem to connect to internet using LAN.
each time i connect the cable it does not show any indication that
the cable is inserted, please help me
i have try so many cable yet it doesn't still conect. thank u.
am using dell vostro 1500 with window vista

Hi,

Are other computer able to connect to same network?is lan driver installed?check in device manager and revert back.
