Toshiba Satellite L100 Recovery Problems

Hello, I can't seem to get my Laptop to work, basically I wanted to Restore to Factory Settings, but I have tried everything possible but I can't seem to get past the Toshiba Start-up screen. It just goes blank, something flashes on and off really quickly in the bottom corner, something about 'Recovery' but then nothing. Please help

Hi Snowy,

I would love to help but I would hate wasting my time and yours.

Please explain:

1. "I have tried everything possible"

2. Why did you wish to recover in the first place?

3. What is the state of your system now if you try to boot in normal or safe mode?
