No Internet connection

Hello,


My desk top computer doesn't have Internet connection, but all my wireless computer has Internet connection. What I have to do? Please I need your help.

Hi Claire, I know this may seem like a silly question, but I have to ask. Have you checked all your cables and connections to make sure they are tight? Have you tried rebooting the computer and router? Also is your router a broadband, WIFI, or cable connection? Also need to know what kind of error messages you are receiving?

Believe it or not the little things can make a big difference.
