Hello,
I was having problems with my computer freezing up right after start up, so I thought completing a system restore would solve my problems. But it is not. I get to the system restore and It runs through most of it and then I get an error code of 10-FA12-045D. Anyone ever get this error message or know what I need to do. Of course I do not have any discs made so I was restoring to factory settings..................
Thanks for any input you may have.

I tried both - holding 0 and powering up and also using the F8 function. Each way I get the same error code.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I suggest that you try the methods described in this kioskea faq
https://ccm.net/faq/4811-restore-toshiba-laptop-to-factory-settings
(Just holding the 0 key alone won't do it)
