Belkin N750 Connects, No Internet Access

OS: Win7
Router: Belkin N750 N (not DB, the other one)

Steps I've taken:
Restarted modem and router. Modem is fine, I can connect to the Internet with the Ethernet cable.
Disconnected from and reconnected to my network.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the router
Configuration and IPs are fine
I do NOT use McAfee
Firewall is OK
Problem started midday today while I was online.
