Hello,
Try this 1
In step 1, let me know if you are able to get the reply messages.
If you are using an "Internet Explorer" then try deleting the cookies etc
Open the "Internet Explorer" --> Click on "Tools" --> Internet Options --> "Internet Options" will be opened.
In "General" tab, --> Under "Browsing history", Click on "Delete' button--> Select all the check boxes (Select all the options), then click on "Delete" button. Now check if you are able to browse.
If the problem still exists then open the "Internet Options" once again and this time click on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button --> Check the check box"Delete personal settings" --> Click on "Reset".
If the problem still exists then let me know the complete error message. Are you having problem
only with the Facebook ?
Good Luck
