my laptop acer need help..Closed

excuse me.. my name is gita, i had a problem with my acer, its turn on but sometimes when i use it, it take too long and the screen is black but not whole it, its a part going black like a zebra cross.. and  when i click C or D and want to choose my files, the choices is gone,whereas i didn't click anything..

Hi gita,

It looks like a video issue. Please try to boot the computer to "Safe Mode with Networking" and check. To boot to the Safe Mode with Networking:

1.	Power on/restart the computer and start hitting the F8 key as soon as the initial startup logo appears.
2.	Advance Boot Menu will appear. If the menu doesn't appear once, repeat step 1 again.
3.	Select "Safe Mode with Networking" and hit Enter.

If the video is good in "Safe Mode with Networking" try to download and update the video drivers from Acer's website. If you have difficulty downloading the drivers, please reply with the Exact Model Number of your Acer Laptop and also the version of Windows Operating System installed.

i'am sorry, i didn't know the type of my acer... but i think my laptop's vga  didn't work smoothly,, and i had brought it to the computer service in my college, but they said it can't work more...  i can't explain it clearly to you,, i have some photos and video that representation the problem of my laptop,,but how can i show it to you??
