MY new Broadband wont let me access the Internet

Hello,

We recently switched from BT to broadband to Talk Talk broadband. unfortunately we cannot connect to the internet through our talk talk broadband. We get a strong signal so there is no connectivity issues with the router ect. When I click wireless connection status it reads Ipv4 connectivity as no internet access... any ideas??
