Blue screen stop error

Hello,

My pc started freezing without any reason where I could move my mouse but nothing did react. without any new installations/updates or whatsever.

I used some checks and when nothing helped, I used
I used the f8 option for advanced boot options before windows startup , safe mode and last known g. config did not help
so I've chosen "repair your computer", and chosen the option to recover to a saved option when the system.worked (not sure now how it is called since I am unable to open it now)
so there was only 1 option to choose from yesterday
an error popped up saying I have an error in the system that needs to be fixed before being able to continue.
it checked the C drive, popped up that it FIXED some errors.
the system.restarted but now


I am unable to run normal mode
safe mode
and I cant use the repair y. computer because NOW it says that the program cannot start. click ok to turn off pc.

when attemoting to run the pc normal/safe mode
The blue screen appears with this code.

I desperately need my Pc for work and I cant really afford a new one.
