Hello, I have Dell Inspiron 537s and would like to Restore to the factory settings. Does anyone know what the keystrokes are. Please, can anyone help!

I have done the reset but it keeps getting to windows welcome s screen and reboots. Could anyone please help me get past this. Ii can open a pre boot system assessment page and everything passes. I am not sure what to do to get past this point. I would appreciate any assistance before I have to take it to the computer shop. My industry (entertainment) has been shut down for 9 months and money is tight. Thank you

title Inspiron 13 7000 won’t power up  I have a dell inspiron 13 7000 that won’t power on  I tried the battery disconnect and pushing power button for 30 sec  still not powering up  power cord is good  what else can I try

Hello,
My problem is that 3 button on my laptop doesn't work G H left CTRL my Laptop is Dell Inspiron n5110 my HDD was broken and I toke it to service, HDD was successfully replaced and I installed windows 7 ultimate but the buttons now aren't working can somebody explain to me what is the problem and how to fix it Thanks!
