Internet won't load

MY INTERNET WON'T LOAD...HELP! I have a Toshiba Satellite.

Ok, so did your pc "pull an IP address"?

So is this a wired or wireless connection? Please let us know some particulars so we do not waste our time and yours. Did it ever work?
